• If you have decided to purchase blocks of time, kindly email ahead to make an appointment for a consultation.

• Appointments will be given based on availability.  Same day appointments might not be possible.

• As soon as you are scheduled for a tentative appointment, you may purchase the consultation time you need, via PayPal.  (If payment is not received within 12 hours of your suggested appointment, your appointment will be cancelled, and a new request will have to be made.)

• Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an appointment confirmation email.  This will also include contact information for your session.
   

• You may change (cancel/reschedule) an appointment up to an hour before its scheduled time.  A full refund or reschedule, as applicable, will be arranged within 24 hours of your notifying by email.   

• Changes to your appointment any later than an hour before it is scheduled will result in a refund of only 75% of the fees charged (Note: Any applicable Paypal transaction fees will also be deducted from the refund amount.)  Exceptions will be made for those appointments missed due to telecommunication glitches. 

• The 15 minute, 1/2 hour and 1 hour packages are priced lower than the per minute rate I charge on other sites, for the same duration.  

• New clients are welcome through referrals.
